Project Selection
Project Selection is a critical step in any business process improvement initiative including Lean Six Sigma. SSCX provides you with a generic and common tools to prioritize (read: classify) your project ideas. Project Selection itself is of course far more sophisticated than this simple tools, but at least this tools will provide you with an understanding of what is a Six Sigma project, and what you should do with each of your project idea.

Tips for your own workshop:
- You may look through your entire financial lever, select the one who has already become a tumor and start to surgery it!
- Breakdown your cost of good sold, analyze where, when and how the money spent then reengineer your business process.
- Or you may start from the critical Key performance indicator which suffer all the time, then initiate the project to improve it.
A note to remember, some Six Sigma project were failed due to unclear project scope, poor participation among team member, and less commitment from management.
