Certified Green Belt
Lean Six Sigma Green Belts help cascade Six Sigma approaches and techniques throughout your organization. They are employees at all levels who serve as change agents within your organization. They work as team member in a Black Belt project teams or as leaders on projects that do not require the Black Belt level of competency.
They boost the financial success of the entire Lean Six Sigma initiative.

Certified Black Belt
Lean Six Sigma Black Belts are experts developed in the Six Sigma methodology and advanced statistical tools. They are employees at all levels and all functions who play key roles in overcoming business challenges.
They work as team leader on certain projects and work as trainer and coach for Green Belts. Black Belts are essential component to any successful Lean Six Sigma initiative. The program is technically challenging to ensure that all graduates learn how to implement solutions that can produce financial results.
This is a 'earn as we learn' program!
